An Ancient higher state relaxation technique. This practise is most effective as regular weekly sessions that can be from 20-60min and at various times throughout the day to suit your schedule! So whether you require a quick boost at lunch time or restful nights sleep we can tailor to your needs.

360 FTS Spiritual Completeness Course

This Course (6 x 75min weekly) covers basic and intermediate understanding and application of concepts of Hatha Yoga, including Pranayam, Relaxation techniques, energy and connection guidance, Ayurvedic diet and much more. Apply these simple techniques into your everyday life for Calm, Clarity, Relaxation and Revitalisation.

FTS online Wellness session

You and your employees need to relax, re-energise and feel motivated too! Why not treat your employees to a Weekly (or more if you wish!) online wellness session. These weekly sessions focus solely on the Wellbeing and Wellness of your staff. Areas of practise include Breath Work (energising & balancing). Consciouss relaxation, (Alpha state technique). Movement through body/mind connection, Ayurvedic dietary advice, Take away techniques to practise at home.

Depending on your exact needs, these seminars/workshops can be conducted online or face-to face. Covering a wide array of Wellness topics; including Breath Work, Group Connection, Balanced Mind techniques, application of destress techniques, motivational workshops and much more. FTS Global Wellness and Spiritual Retreats

Runing only 5 times a year with limited places available, these 3/5 & 7 day Wellness and Spiritual Retreats can be quite intensive and are more for the practitioner who truly wants to connect with the Self. Each day starts at 6.00am and is completely packed with various activities, including, Breath Work, Asanas, Vedic Rituals, Workshops, Seminars, Relaxation time, Vipassana, Energy Healing, Ayurvedic Dietary advice and more.
