To help you get started, we've created a 7 day Hatha Yoga challenge that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

 

Day 1: Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)

Perform a round of 12 Sun Salutations to start your day


Day 2: Shoulder Stand
(Sirsasana)

Hold the shoulder stand position for at least 3 minutes


Day 3: Standing Side Bend
(Ardha Chandrasana)

Hold the standing side bend position for at least 5 breaths per side


Day 4: Bridge Pose (Sethu Bandha Sarvangasana)

Hold the bridge position for at least 5 breaths


Day 5: Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

Hold the standing forward bend position for at least 5 breaths


Day 6: Shoulder Stand Variations (Sirsasana Variations)

Experiment with different shoulder stand variations


Day 7: Relaxation (Savasana)

Spend at least 15 minutes in the relaxation position at the end of the day.

 

Remember to listen to your body and not push beyond your limits. It's also important to use a suitable mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes so you can perform the postures correctly.
